DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please email orders@dannykaplanstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or omissions. Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Danny Kaplan Studio will provide you with a full replacement, exchange or refund. We may decline to replace, exchange or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS

Returns of any in stock items may be made within 10 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through Danny Kaplan Studio LLC. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. Please email the studio at orders@dannykaplanstudio.com to request a return label. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will receive an automated email once we’ve processed your refund. We are unable to assist with returns of pieces purchased through our stockists. Please contact the stockist directly to inquire about their return policy.
